Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: April 14, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a webinar bundle or accepting an invitation to a seat from CFS Advisors LLP, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Seat Management and Invitations
- The Bundle: Each purchase includes one (1) primary access and three (3) guest seats.
- Buyer Warranty: The Buyer warrants that they have obtained the necessary permission from any individual before entering their email address into the management portal.
- The Management Link: Access to seat management is provided via a "Magic Link." This link is a private access key. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this link; CFS Advisors LLP is not liable for unauthorized seat changes resulting from the Buyer sharing this link.
3. Use of Seats and Attendance
- Individual Use: One seat is strictly for use by one (1) person.
- No Simultaneous Access: The webinar platform does not permit two or more simultaneous guests using the same access credentials. If simultaneous use is detected, access may be restricted or terminated for that session.
- Re-allocation: A seat only becomes available for re-allocation if an invitee clicks the "Decline" link. Once a seat is registered and claimed, it cannot be transferred.
4. Marketing and Communication
By registering for a seat, you will receive transactional emails related to the event. You will also be offered the choice to opt-in to future marketing updates. Choosing not to opt-in will not affect your ability to attend the webinar.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, live sessions, and recordings provided during the webinar series are the exclusive intellectual property of CFS Advisors LLP. Participants may not record, screen-share, or distribute the content to third parties without express written permission.
6. Technical Requirements and Liability
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible hardware to access the webinar.
- CFS Advisors LLP is not liable for technical failures of third-party platforms (e.g., webinar hosting or payment processors) but will make reasonable efforts to resolve any disruptions within our control.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
- General Policy: All sales are final. Any refunds are granted at our sole discretion.
- The "Access" Rule: If you are a consumer (B2C), you have a 14-day right to cancel. However, you lose this right the moment you join a live session or access the recordings. By accessing the service, you agree to waive your refund right.
- Discretionary Refunds: If you cannot attend due to exceptional circumstances, contact us at least 14 days before the start date. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or credit for future events.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CFS Advisors LLP shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For participants in the EU and Switzerland, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the laws of your country of residence. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
